Returns a user's account age, karma and badges. For what they've written, use User posts and User comments. 1 credit per call; profiles are cached for 10 minutes.

total_karma is Reddit's own total; where Reddit leaves it out, as in user search results, it is link_karma plus comment_karma. A suspended account comes back with its name and "suspended": true, and every other field empty or zero. A user who doesn't exist returns 404 not_found.
