    `total_karma` is Reddit's own total; where Reddit leaves it out, as in user search results, it is `link_karma` plus `comment_karma`. A suspended account comes back with its `name` and `"suspended": true`, and every other field empty or zero. A user who doesn't exist returns 404 `not_found`.
